ELIZABETH SITA WIVELL

Sita met Sonia Sumar in September 2003 beginning her journey with Yoga for All Abilities, and has been following Sonia Sumar ever since. Sita completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training with Sonia and Renata in Brazil in 2005. The ideology and foundational teachings of the method influence the work she does as a Senior Practitioner of Yoga for All Abilities, and inform her work as a pediatric occupational therapist and as a doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
