Hatha Yoga Teacher Training 200H - The Sonia Sumar Method

We're thrilled to announce that we'll offer a unique Hatha Teacher Training experience again in 2024.

This program will be inclusive and take place from February to November 2024, with monthly online sessions on Saturdays and a few Sundays. Additionally, there will be a week-long in-person retreat in Chicago.

We request that our students attend one yoga class weekly to ensure optimal learning and growth. You may participate in live sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Renata MahaJyoti (for a discounted fee)  or access our online library at online.specialyoga.com (3 different packages of hatha classes free for the duration of the course).

We strongly encourage attending the live online sessions as we will work extensively in groups and partnerships, which are essential to the learning experience. All sessions will be recorded, so you can revisit them anytime to refresh your memory. You will have full access to the…
