Find the right training path.

Yoga for All Abilities offers a complete pathway for people who want to teach yoga with skill, sensitivity, and confidence across different ages, bodies, and support needs.

Start with the children's certification, deepen your own Hatha Yoga foundation, and continue into specialist continuing education as your teaching grows.

HOW THE PATHWAY WORKS

One method, several ways to grow.

You do not need to understand every program before you begin. The pathway is organized around four main choices: children’s certification, Hatha Yoga teacher training, intermediate Hatha study, and continuing education.

BEGIN

95H Children’s Certification

For people who want to teach Yoga for All Abilities to children with disabilities and additional needs.

STRENGTHEN

200H Hatha Yoga

For students who want a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga practice, teaching, anatomy, and yoga philosophy.

DEEPEN

100H Intermediate Hatha

For 200H teachers who want to deepen practice, philosophy, lifestyle, pranayama, meditation, and teaching skill. This is part of the advanced pathway, not a standalone certificate.

SPECIALIZE

CPD Programs

For trained practitioners who want focused support for specific populations, settings, or teaching questions. CPDs provide credit/contact hours, not certificates.

CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM

Each training has a clear purpose.

Each option has a different purpose. Use these short summaries to recognize which path fits your current training, teaching, or personal practice.

Ongoing Learning

WHO THIS IS FOR

Training for people who want to serve with care.

The pathway can support yoga teachers, therapists, educators, health professionals, caregivers, and parents who want a grounded way to bring yoga to children, adults, families, and communities.

If you are new to the method

Begin with the 95H Children’s Certification if your main interest is supporting children with disabilities and additional needs.

Choose the 200H Hatha Yoga Teacher Training if your main need is a broader yoga teacher foundation for adults and general teaching.

If you are already trained

Choose the 100H Intermediate training if you are a 200H teacher ready to deepen your Hatha Yoga studies and continue toward the 300H pathway.

Choose CPD programs if you want to focus on one population, one setting, or one practical teaching challenge at a time.
