HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - SONIA SUMAR METHOD (200 HOURS)

We're thrilled to announce that we'll offer a unique Hatha Teacher Training experience again in 2024.

 

This program will be inclusive and will take place over the course of a year, with monthly online sessions held on Saturdays and a few Sundays. Additionally, there will be a week-long in-person retreat in the USA or Europe, depending on your preference.

​

We request that our students attend one yoga class weekly to ensure optimal learning and growth. You may participate in live sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Renata MahaJyoti or Sonia Sumar or access our online library at specialyoga.com.

​

We strongly encourage attending the live online sessions as we will work extensively in groups and partnerships, which are essential to the learning experience. All sessions will be recorded, so you can revisit them anytime to refresh your memory. You will have full access to the program recordings until November 4, 2024. 

​

If you cannot attend a live session, we kindly ask that you watch the recording, complete any missed exercises, summarize the material, and answer some questions. Depending on the topics covered, you may also need to send us a video demonstrating any critical demos or patches discussed during the session you missed.

Times for online meetings: 07 am to 12 pm and 02 pm to 05 pm

Retreat: USA (Chicago) - July 15-20, 2024
