Purpose of Learning (POL): This Continuing Professional Development course empowers yoga educators, therapists, and caregivers to confidently and compassionately support children and teens with Autism and ADHD through the Sonia Sumar Method. Participants will deepen their understanding of neurodiversity, refine their therapeutic yoga skills, and learn to adapt practices with safety, empathy, and creativity. The course emphasizes hands-on experience, individualized routines, and the importance of honoring each child’s unique developmental stage.
