Times: Friday 6 pm-9 pm, Saturday and Sunday 08 am-12 pm | 1 pm-5 pm
This course is open to Yoga therapists, instructors, and students, health care practitioners, and families of children with additional needs who have completed our Yoga for All Abilities 95H Certification Program Part 1. Understanding the medical contraindications to certain asanas and breathing techniques is essential; please do not try to copy our work without proper instruction. This course is approved for 18 hours of training towards the 300H RYT designation with Yoga Alliance.
