Online sessions can be wonderful, but they are not right for everyone.

The inquiry form helps us understand the person, their needs, and whether online support may be appropriate. If a paid Initial Assessment is the right next step, it helps that first meeting feel focused, thoughtful, and useful.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Who we support
PRIVATE YOGA SUPPORT
For children, teens, and adults
Individualized yoga support shaped around the person’s needs. The practice may gently support regulation, mobility, strength, sensory experience, attention, rest, daily routines, or simply feeling more at home in the body.
FAMILY GUIDANCE
For parents and caregivers
Support for families who want a home practice that feels realistic, kind, and possible inside everyday life. Parents or caregivers need to have completed Part 1 only when scheduling Family Guidance to learn how to create and use a home practice. Part 1 is not required for a child to receive private yoga support directly from Renata or Sonia.
TEACHER MENTORING
For Part 1 graduates
Mentoring for practitioners who have completed at least Part 1 and want help applying the method with real students and real teaching questions.
HOW IT WORKS
A simple beginning
1
Complete the inquiry form
Tell us about the person, their needs, and what kind of support you are looking for.
2
We review the best fit
We look at whether online support is appropriate and which kind of session makes sense.
3
Book the right next step
After we review your inquiry, the next step may be a paid Initial Assessment, a private yoga session, teacher mentoring, Part 1 training, or another recommendation.
PRIVATE LESSONS VS MENTORING
Two kinds of personal support
PRIVATE LESSONS
For the person receiving yoga support
These sessions are shaped around the student’s body, nervous system, communication style, family life, and current needs. The practice may include movement, breath, sound, relaxation, sensory support, or a home plan.
MENTORING
For teachers and practitioners
Mentoring is for people who have completed at least Part 1 and want guidance with teaching questions, sequencing, adaptations, lesson planning, or real student situations.
What private support can feel like
A family’s experience
During our Part 1 training in April 2026, Shelley shared Jon's journey after 9 years of 1:1 practice with Renata. His practice has supported not only Jon, but the whole family. Now he can follow Renata's adult Hatha Yoga class online.

Session options
Choose the kind of support that fits where you are right now. If you are not sure which option is appropriate, begin with the free inquiry form or send us a message.
