What CPDs Are For

Continuing education and professional development hours.
-
Shorter study after, or alongside, the main training pathway.
-
Course-by-course accreditation details where applicable.
Choose A Focus
Some CPDs are designed for students who have completed Yoga for All Abilities / Special Yoga 95H Part 1. Others are open to yoga teachers, therapists, educators, or health care professionals with relevant experience. Each course card gives the basic direction without overwhelming you with every detail at once.
After Part 1
For students who have completed Yoga for All Abilities / Special Yoga 95H Part 1 and want to apply the foundations of the Method with specific needs.
Open with background
For yoga teachers, therapists, educators, school teams, and professionals with relevant experience who do not necessarily need Part 1 first.
Practice and yoga study
For students who want to deepen sequencing, adjustments, meditation, yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, and the roots of practice. Golden Keys is the exception and requires Part 1.
Accreditation varies by course
AOTA CEUs apply only to specific AOTA-approved professional development activities. IAYT continuing education applies only to selected programs. Yoga Alliance continuing education or 300H pathway credit may apply where listed. Please check the course card and linked accreditation information before enrolling.
300H pathway note: CPDs in the After Part 1 group and the Practice, Sequencing, and Yoga Study group may be used as part of the 300H path. Students need the 100H Intermediate Training as the foundation for that pathway; individual CPDs still have their own prerequisites and accreditation details.
