We are honored to offer the 200H Hatha Yoga Teacher Training - Sonia Sumar Method again in 2027.
This year-long training is designed for students who want to deepen their personal Hatha Yoga practice and/or become certified yoga teachers through a steady, live, relational learning process. The program takes place from March through December 2027, with monthly online weekends, evening integration labs, and a four-day August hybrid intensive.
This is not a rushed weekend certification or a pre-recorded course. Students study within the Sonia Sumar Method lineage through live practice, mentorship, teaching experience, group work, and time for integration.
