HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - SONIA SUMAR METHOD (200 HOURS)
In 2023 we will be offering a special format for our Hatha Teacher Training. The training will be a year long. We will meet ONLINE, one Saturday a month and then one week (you choose to come to USA or Europe) long in person retreat. Plus we will be asking students to take a class a week (you can join the live classes on Tuesday and Thursday with Sonia Sumar or access our online.specialyoga.com library). We hope you can join us!
