About the event

We invite you to a special hatha yoga workshop, where you will learn how to develop self-awareness and work on alignment.

The workshop will start with a brief introduction, discussing how alignment is unique to each person's body. We will then move on to a  warm-up, including chanting, meditation, and breathing awareness techniques to help you understand the relationship between your breath and strength and relaxation.

During the asana practice, we will break down challenging poses and teach you how to develop awareness of your body and its specific needs. Renata will offer cues and adjustments to help you modify poses as needed.

She will teach you movements to help release tension and bring awareness to your body's energy flow. We will end with a deep relaxation so you can assimilate the benefits of the practice.

We will also have enough time for Q&A and welcome your feedback.
