09:45 am - Deepening Surya Namaskar –Part 3: The perfect alignment of each position, alternatives, and adaptations in different situations.

10:45 am - Anatomy and physiology of Asanas – Introduction: Forward bends –alignments, variations, adaptations, and contraindications.

09:45 am - Anatomy and physiology of asanas - lateral bends: Alignments, variations,          adaptations, and contraindications

03:30 pm - Teaching lateral bends step by step - small group practice by participants. Plus, Feedback/Q&A

07:00 - Anatomy and physiology: Inversions - Alignment and contraindications

08:00 am - Asana Choreography - how to balance the practice to benefit and work on         the spine.

09:15 am - Teaching Sarvangasana/Matsyasana step by step instructions.

10:15 am - Code of Conduct:  How to be a good, friendly but respectful Yoga teacher.

11:30 am - Deepening meditation through Mantras.

02:30 pm - Yoga Sutras- Study and comments.
