Yoga for the Special Child wants you to find and embrace your inner peace this year! We know that a peaceful mind can be achieved if you work on it day by day. Consistently. A first step in getting there is by having a relaxed nervous system. Please join us Sunday evenings from 6pm-7pm EST for a very special Pranayama and Yoga Nidra practice to remove toxins and everything that impedes you from diving deep into a complete relaxation.
