Denisa started Marshal Arts at the age of 7 and yoga at the age of 13. She attended her first Sivananda 200Hrs TTC at the age of 21 and later on attended a 500Hrs ATTC. shortly after her mum’s passing Denisa met Sonia Sumar and discovered Yoga for All Abilities.  She trained with Sonia in 2009 which became a turning point in her life. She felt it was like finally coming home and finding a purpose to being here.  She has been sharing Yoga for All Abilities method with the population of additional needs ever since. 
 

She completed all trainings from 95H Certification Program, CPD and Hatha Teacher Training over the years and continues to study with Sonia at least twice a year so she can keep on developing her skills, knowledge  and understanding of Yoga for All Abilities and the true depth of yoga. 
 

Her passion and dedication to Yoga for All Abilities let het to opening MahaDevi Yoga Centre, London in 2015. A centre purely dedicated to offering yoga for the Special Child 7 days a week from morning  to evening. 
Life let Denisa to bringing Yoga for All Abilities to Children Hospices in London and this has become a very very close and dear to her heart mission- Offering Yoga for All Abilities to terminally ill children in the end stage of their life. It is with great humbleness  and humility Denisa sees this as a life long commitment and a needed service ( seva ) she feels honoured to be able to facilitate. 
 

Her vision is to be able to offer Yoga for All Abilities to many more children hospices and also make this a part  MahaDevi Yoga Centre's mission.     
 

Denisa is a Senior Yoga for All Abilities Practitioner and Qualified and Registered Advance Hatha Yoga teacher. 
 

She firmly believes that yoga is not only a way of living but a way of Being and she strives to pass on this message when she teacher yoga to small and big, young and old.
